I’ve changed my mind – can I get a refund?

We hope you won’t change your mind but if you do and you bought the A1 bag directly from us, you have up to 28 days to request a refund.

All you need to do is to call our Customer Services Team on 01-6853775 and return your unused A1 Skip Bag in its original packaging to the following address:

Once we’ve received it, we’ll cancel your order and issue a bag and collection refund.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you cannot cancel your order once the collection service part of the package has started. Therefore, it may not be possible to cancel a collection request after the end of the working day on which you booked the collection. However, it may be possible to reschedule the collection in certain circumstances; this is at the discretion of the company.

If you bought the bag from one of our stockists then you may be able to return it to them, but it will be under their terms and conditions and your statutory rights.
